Right of Revocation
The Customer has fourteen (14) days from the day of receipt of the Products ordered to exercise the right of revocation, providing a reason. The Customer must notify LM17 of this decision by sending a clear and explicit declaration to Customer Service via e-mail: support@lm17.com.
The Customer shall return the Products to LM17 immediately and, in any case, no later than fourteen (14) days after communicating the decision to revoke. Returned Products must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels intact, and shipped at the Customer’s expense unless LM17 provides a return label. The Customer bears full responsibility for the Products (including damage or loss) until they are received by LM17.
Upon fulfillment of the above conditions and receipt of the returned Products, LM17 will refund the Customer the purchase price and standard transportation costs (excluding additional charges arising from the Customer’s choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard option offered by LM17).
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Under no circumstances will the refunded amount exceed what the Customer originally paid.
Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) calendar days of LM17’s receipt of the returned Products, using the same method of payment as the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. The Customer will not incur any fees for the refund, other than the deduction of applicable restocking fees, and less any vouchers or discounts used toward the purchase.
The Customer remains liable for any loss in value of the Products if such loss results from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the Products.
